Peter Burton
Director
Peter is an RICS-qualified commercial professional with extensive experience across consultancy, contractor, and client-side roles. After training as a Quantity Surveyor with Wimpey/Carillion, he progressed to Persimmon Homes, where he became Managing Director of Special Projects, overseeing multi-storey apartment developments across England and Wales. He later joined London-based high-rise residential developer Mount Anvil before establishing his own consultancy in 2014, supporting developers and contractors across a wide range of projects and delivering commercially focused solutions from feasibility through to final account.
Darren Shadbolt
Director
Darren has over 30 years’ experience delivering large-scale construction projects across the UK. After training with Wimpey/Carillion and completing a BSc in Quantity Surveying, he progressed to Commercial Director roles with some of the country’s leading contractors and developers, working on major commercial, residential, retail, and leisure schemes throughout London. Darren brings extensive expertise across all commercial aspects of project delivery, from subcontract procurement and contract setup through to final account, and has a strong track record in successfully managing complex dispute resolution matters.
